ACCREDITATION
Bellefonte Animal Hospital is an accredited member of the American Animal Hospital Association. Less than seventeen percent of all small animal veterinary facilities in North America are accredited hospital members of this association!
To achieve this distinction, our hospital voluntarily participates in a comprehensive evaluation and quality assessment of our physical facility, medical equipment, practice methods, record keeping and pet health care management. These evalations are conducted on a regular basis by the associations trained consultants.
Dr. Bess is also a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Kentucky Veterinary Medical Association and the West Virginia Veterinary Medical Association.
