ADMISSIONS
BOARDING: Animals can be dropped off and picked up for boarding anytime during office hours. We offer an Sunday evening pick up time on weekends. Ask our receptionist for the time. All Sunday pick-ups must pre-pay when they drop off.
All animals should be free of fleas and ticks and must have current vaccinations. Vaccines must have been given a minimum of two weeks prior to admission date. The following vaccines are required for boarding:
- Dogs: Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
- Cats: Feline Distemper/Respiratory Virus and Rabies.
GROOMING: Animals can be dropped off for grooming anytime after the office opens. All animals should be here by 10:00am unless prior arrangements have been made. We will call you when your pet is ready or will schedule a pick-up time when you drop off.
The same vaccination requirements as above are required for animals being admitted for grooming.
If you pet has been vaccinated elsewhere, please be prepared to provide evidence that these vaccines have been done within the last twelve months by a licensed veterinarian. Owner or breeder vaccinations are not accepted.
If your pet has not been vaccinated in the last twelve months it is recommended that it be done at least ten days before you scheduled appointment.
We have a separate room for our cats that are boarding. In order to stay in the this room the cats must be tested (negative) for Feline Leukemia and Feline FIV and vaccinated for Feline Leukemia. If they are not tested and vaccinated for this they will have to stay in the dog room.
