FEES

We provide written estimates on all surgical and medical cases.

We do required deposits left for certain surgical and all medical cases.  The amount of the deposit depends on the procedure being done.

All services will be expected to be paid in full at the time they are rendered.  We accept cash, checks (with identification), Mastercard, VISA, Discover, American Express and Care Credit(ask one of our staff members how you can apply).
