Electrifying the fence is a safe way. If you do this, you should be sure to inform your neighbors about it so that no accidents occur. It is a good idea to post warning signs. The invisible fence is also very good, but will not keep other animals out of your yard. Also consider a chain link kennel with top & a concrete floor. Loose pets are going to be killed at some point unless you are very lucky. |
