How can I prevent my cat from spraying the furniture? Since the cause of the spraying differs with each cat, the treatment does too. Neutering the pet (especially males) will help if he/she is spraying to establish a territory. If he/she is spraying because of loneliness, consider a friend or a small puppy for him/her. Try giving the cat more affection. Some cats urinate on things because they have a bladder infection or there is a problem wit the litter box. |
